Came to play golf here, not stay. First couple of holes were a little challenging (keeping good tempo and one of our group was a little less mobile) as we had to stay on cart path. Back 9 was a delight. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Range area could use a refresh.
Good hotel to bring your family for a vacation. Dated rooms but overall ok. Friendly staff and lots of food options within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Keep a map of the resort handy, it's a maze. The rooms are where they lost favor with me.
Had a lovely stay at the resort for a work trip. The property was so nice, rooms were great and the service was wonderful. One stand out who truly made our trip was Andres who worked during the breakfast and lunch services. He was so kind and accommodating, helping us with any requests we had. Even something as simple as a specific beverage, he made it his mission to get it for us. It wasn't just once but several times during the week and it made a huge impression. Would definitely come back for personal travel for the service alone.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom Villas. The rooms were nice but needed some minor repairs/updates. Service at check in was not great, because they didn’t check us into the rooms appropriately but management was gracious in resolving the issue. The location was nice as it was easy to get to everything. The water park was fun for the kids and the athletic club was a great place to workout.
I was part of a conference weekend, and everything was handled seamlessly. The staff were all lovely and attentive, especially noted during meal service, which was outdoors in the lovely fountain area. Such a beautiful setting to eat. The suite we slept in was large and very comfortable, and the hotel amenities were excellent. A lovely resort with a highlight being only a short walk from a desert and golf course walking area from which we watched gorgeous sunrise views. Had a great overall experience
