Cute little place! I didn't get his name, but the employee helped me pick the perfect film for my camera and showed me how to replace it. Very nice and reasonably priced!
These guys are unbelievable. The arrogance is off the charts. They hit me with an extra charge even though they were the ones who failed to communicate the return time clearly—and I still brought the rental back within the window. Then it gets worse. They ambushed me in the store about something from five years ago and had me flagged in their system like I’d done something wrong. Total humiliation. I didn’t even know what the old chargeback was for until I dug it up. Turns out they rented us a faulty lens, and no one from the store ever bothered to call or explain a thing. And when I went in just to make a simple purchase, an older employee literally came out from the back just to confront me in front of everyone. Completely unprofessional. Completely unnecessary. Save yourself the headache. Do NOT shop or rent here. Go to Fort Worth.
8.23.25 Rented Canon 400mm 2.8. Yesterday. Lens is fantastic. Reserved from out of state. No problems at all. Returned this morning and went straight to airport to catch a flight back home. Quick return. She verified Ken's was OK, and said you're good to go... Great service. Rent your lens from here. This lens was half the price of where I normally rent, but fast service was a major plus
I've been a customer of Arlington Camera for years and I continue to have great experiences. When people know cameras the way they know cameras, it makes the shopping experience easy. I've purchased more accessories than anything from the store. There's a great selection of camera bags, reflectors, and tripods. I also found items to protect my lens and camera body. And let's not forget the cute items like socks and mugs. Yeah, I'm that customer. More importantly, I appreciate who knows both film and digital cameras. Now, I will say I've had to share my ID when making a purchase over a certain amount. Hey, with the world we're living in I appreciate the extra step to protect me and them as well. Overall, this is one of the camera stores to add to your list of you're a professional or hobbyist.
