Called to find out what price they paid for sterling silver. They regurgitate to answer the question. I took that to mean they paid a low price, but just for fun i went by there to check for myself. The price they offered wasn't just LOW, it was TERRIBLE. I was offered more at a pawn shop! Luckily there are lots of other buyers in the area and within a mile of there I got MORE THAN DOUBLE what I was offered here.
Went in and asked for the value of my gold chain and unlike the other places I've been to who tried offering me almost nothing. They gave me a fair price and were upfront about the value and we made a deal within minutes. Very happy with my experience and overall they have great customer service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Victor is a very nice person. He treated me with respect even when I said I wasn’t there to spend much. In fact, He Showed me items that I couldn’t afford and said “It doesn’t cost me anything to let you see” and for that reason I will be back 👍
