My mom and I were just in town for the day and wanted to gift my brother with a fun local coffee brand and we were blown out of the water. The owner was working in the back and took the time to explain their different blends and processes to us. She freshly packed a few blends for us and it was a highlight of our time in Austin. Cannot wait to gift!

Love the coffee and the care they put into every thing they roast!! I’m a huge fan of the fact they sell a lot of home coffee products as well: drippers, carafe, filters. All the things you get online you can buy here. Big fan!!

We've been drinking Armadillo coffee for a few months now and love it! In addition to great coffee, we had a fun time visiting their shop and learning more about how they roast their coffee. The Armadillo team is knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They even took time to let our 3 year old decorate her own coffee bag. I highly recommend this small Texas business for anyone who loves coffee as much as I do!

I recently tried Armadillo Coffee Roasters’ espresso blend, pour-over blend, and their limited bourbon release specialty roast. All three blends were roasted fresh to order, and both Mary and Andy were great to work with. I’m happy to support them, even though I live afar. Give them a try!
