They called ahead of scheduled arrival time saying they could come early, but I was not home at that point. I called them back and they had gone onto another service call and said they would contact me when they finished it. They did and then called me back still within the window of when they were supposed to be at my house. They arrived, came in and assessed the problem and took care of it right away. They were very professional and easy to work with. I give them high marks.
Quick, accurate and efficient. The two men did the job of installing an upgraded circuit breaker for our double oven in about 3 hours. It required running a new line in the back of our kitchen cabinets to the garage and the breaker box. I will hire them again for any electrical work.
Some of my outside outlets were not working even after I tripped the breakers. So we called Arrow Electric. Corbin and Ahmed came out on time. Initially, they said they would need to charge me $300+ to see what may be wrong with the circuit. I hesitated because it was a hefty charge and I was not prepared for it. However, during the conversation when they realized I had not reset the GFCI because I didn't know where it was, they quickly located it and reset it. That was all was required! They only charged me the trip charge. Not only that, but one of the outside lamps was not working. They checked what was wrong - the bulb had gone out - changed it and disposed the old bulb free of charge :) Both of them were very friendly, polite, honest and customers-service oriented. I highly recommend the company and these technicians!
Michael and Brayden we're quick, knowledgeable, and very nice. Power for some outlets and lights stopped working and they figured out it was a loose wiring due to one outlet. They replaced the outlet and another one for me. Even my dogs loved them. I'll definitely call them back if I need more services.
Thank you Mr. Hunter, Mr. Matthew, and TEAM Arrow Electric, Inc. for sending Mr. Corbin Baker and Mr. Abraham Martinez, most obviously expert electricians and skilled craftsmen for my electric work today. Hoping I am not speaking out of turn, Corbin and Abraham demonstrated superb technical abilities, ambitious pride for work quality levels, surgical dexterity, generous listening skill sets, vast fund of knowledge, general cooperative attitude, offered best in class electric advice, terrific explanations, delivered top tier results, protected safety needs, and represented client's best interests. I particularly appreciate Arrow's Miss Briana's valuable after hours scheduling assistance to help make all this come together and happen in time so I can get my own schedule in order and actually know what I am doing and when. This reinforces for me Arrow Electric's reliability factor which I have relied upon in the past and describe as disappointment free. Of course this is no surprise nor out of character considering my previous results with TEAM Arrow Electric who most masterfully replaced my electric panel in the past. If these be qualities you seek in electricians, then I am delighted to recommend most very highly without reservation Arrow Electric, Inc.
