Took my new blazer in to have the sleeves shortened. After a few days, they said they couldn’t hem them and had to shorten from the shoulder instead. When I picked it up, the shoulder pads were bunched and misshapen. They “fixed” it, but it’s still not right—and now the sleeves are about two inches too short. A quality blazer is now unwearable. Very disappointed and would not return.

I have been using them for five years now for different bridesmaids dresses and a skirt to be hemmed. I haven’t had a bad experience yet! Everything has been done when they said it would. I was concerned with how one of the girls pinned the skirt to hem it but trusted the process and it was amazing! I would recommend a them.

Had a horrible experience with Artistic Custom Tailor/Boulder Bridal and my daughter's wedding dress. At the final fitting there were mistakes in the alterations (uneven hem and messed up bustle), they didn't take accountability (their opinion was the dress at 1+ inches difference in hem from one side to the other was fine) and we had to scramble to find someone else to fix the dress in time. The tailor also destroyed the value of the dress by adding darts (no one has any idea why she did this) and worse, she pinned closed one of the lace appliques while making the very poorly constructed darts. Most reputable tailors will not take wedding dresses destroyed by bad tailors. We lucked out in the end because we recounted the story of when my daughter asked for it to be loosened in the bodice, the original bad tailor told her to suck in her back fat 😳. The new tailor was maybe even more horrified than we were at that comment. I'm not sure there is a worse tailor around for your dress - steer clear.

Honestly I'm giving 5 stars for service and for the quality of the store, looks clean organized and the woman working immediately attended me. I hadn't called and just walked in, she told me to put on the garment I wanted tailored and began putting pins to my liking, asked me during the process of I liked it. (Jean strapless top that fit me big). She priced me at $50 and will be ready in 10 days. Right before I had gone to best tailoring off of smoky hill, and she quoted me for $80 and said it would take 2 weeks. Locations was small looked dusty to be honest, and she had the best energy for the customer before me, joking, smiling etc, when it came to my turn she stopped smiling gave me the estimate and sat down and continued working on another piece and left me standing there to decide, which is why I left and came here. Very grateful I did and I will update with results. 9/5 Update edit* I picked up the top yesterday and they did their thing. Can't tell where they cut and tailored it fits me perfect, considering how quick she put the pins in while I tried it on. Will definitely return for future alterations.
