I've been servicing my 2012 Mini Cooper S at Ashley Garage for the last 4 years and have been overwhelmingly pleased with Jon and his team. They communicate clearly, price fairly, and do quality work. I highly recommend them and am thankful I can trust them to think about what my car needs and not just throw parts at it. I have referred several family members and friends to Jon and they have all had an equally fantastic experience.
I give this garage 5 stars. Excellent customer service from the time I walked in the door. As a woman I felt comfortable and I truly appreciated how helpful they were. Jon took the time to explain without talking down to me, which meant a lot. I will definitely be returning and recommending them to others.
I had a problem with my car and needed to have it evaluated. The staff of Ashley's Garage were very professional and kind. When discussing the issues of my car I felt they were very honest about the nature of my problem and actually sought to help me instead of trying to profit off of my car. Although they didn't end up servicing my car (due to a problem that was out of everyone's control), I would go back to them if my car has issues in the future.
