Really happy with D8 Training and the Junior Gym program for my 14-year-old son Bryce. The trainers are great with kids — supportive, knowledgeable and focused on proper technique and confidence, not just weights. Bryce enjoys the sessions, looks forward to going each week, and has already grown in confidence and strength. As a parent, it’s reassuring knowing he’s training in a safe, positive environment. Highly recommend.
I keep coming to D8 strength training because I like the way I feel fitnes and stronger now, mire flexible, more energised, gradually getting my slimmer waist back, not their yet but hopefully in 12months it will be better. My posture has improved immensely. Thank you for all the great coaches we have. I love it
The D8 fitness gym, led by Neven, is effective for the kids' mental, physical, emotional, and social skills. They are patient in recognizing each child’s growth and development pace.
I have joined the over 60s strength training. I have now been to 4 one hour sessions. The groups are small normally 10 and I only go Mondays. Brooke is great at showing and explaining exercises. The groups are lovely...walk in an you get a nice hi and smiles from everyone. Could I do the exercises on my own. Can, but it is nice to have the encouragement
