I had a motherboard on a Samsung TV that needed to be replaced. The motherboard took a little while to be delivered due to Samsung being a popular brand but it was repaired and my TV is working.
I had some vintage pioneer speakers that had a frozen up woofer. Randy quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to save the speaker and restore it to its glory days! I couldn’t be happier with the quality and service. Thanks Randy, great job!
Outstanding Customer Service and Job Well Done! Randy repaired a Klipsch KLF-20 tower speaker that had been repaired two times prior by other repair shops. What stood out to me is that he sent me pictures of his progress of the repair. I was shocked to see how poor the two prior repairs were completed. They were poorly glued and were missing braces. Also, he noticed how poorly a driver was previously repaired in this speaker. During this repair, Randy added proper bracing and glue. I have had the speaker now for at least a week and have taken it through its paces and ended at reference level and the base is tight and no longer muddy. The mid bass is punchy and sounded perfect to a bass-head ears. Randy, I highly recommended you. Thank you for the excellent work and customer service that is almost a rarity these days. Lil Benny
