I had a great experience overall. The staff was very understanding and helped me exchange a delicate 10k bracelet for a better fit for my girlfriend at a reasonable price. The replacement bracelet is beautiful and the customer service was excellent.
My siblings and I were trying to find the perfect gift for my mother and we were so list. One of the employees, Alisha who had pretty pink nails, came to our rescue and she helped us out! The service was wonderful and she was patient with my siblings and I as we squabbled over what we should do.

Our first experience with Atlanta Jewelers was perfect. I say “first” because we will be back for any other jewelery needs we have. We upgraded and fixed our wedding rings and they were perfect. We were treated with care and integrity and that means a lot to us. They are reasonably priced and the quality of service is excellent.
