Our 75” Vizio TV, just 2 years old, suddenly went dark. It was no longer under warranty and we thought it was destined for the trash but couldn’t afford a replacement. After months of it sitting unused, we tried Atlas for repairs, though we weren’t optimistic. For a $25 diagnostic fee, they identified a failed backlight. We approved the $275 repair, and today our TV works perfectly again! The staff is incredibly friendly, communicative, and helpful. We are extremely happy with the outcome and will absolutely recommend and hire Atlas again in the future!

**Update** John called from Atlas electronics and spoke with me about my issue. He was very understanding and knowledgeable. He apologized for the person I spoke with before and explained my issue to me. Although he broke my heart by telling me my TV was beyond repair, he was honest with me. I appreciate John and will definitely recommend them for service. I called to see if I could get my 85 inch tv repaired, the lady on the phone acted as if she was too busy and didn't have time to answer my questions. She told me I would have to bring it in for a diagnostics. I tell her it's 85 inches and it's hard to transport, she said that was the only way. I then call back to see if I could purchase the part, and tell her the website says they sell the part, she tells me no, we don't have it. She said it immediately, didn't even look it up.
