David and Billy came by today and were excellent! They were professional and very knowledgeable. They Informed me of the new emergency phones that I wasn’t aware of. They explained how it works and if I qualify, they can set it up in minutes and get me a new smart phone. I opted for the $10 addition and regret not getting the tablet! Thanks again David and Billy. Donovan is very friendly. I greatly appreciate him helping my mother in law as well as her boyfriend out today. He was fast and informative. 5 stars is not enough :) I highly recommend him!
