I highly recommend this service our car died in a shopping parking lot it was dark the mechanic arrived found the problem fixed our car immediately fast and efficient service great customer service and got us on our way thank goodness for this shop
So we needed to have a replacement crank position sensor, and we called A-to-Z to go ahead and facilitate that repair They came over the next day, on the weekend, which was very nice, and spent maybe three hours, though it definitely felt much less than that. My car is running again. We are also planning to have this mechanic perform a future repair. We need to replace the water pump and timing belt.
Did an awesome job for a fair price. Diagnosed it correctly, got the parts and fixed the issue. I highly recommend him, there was no stress or worry. Just got it fixed so I can go to work. I have the ability to work from home but I like to go in and see people.
I called because my car wouldn't start. I assumed a battery problem but not sure so I called. He said in an hour he would arrive. I texted him back because I forgot to tell him my car is a hybrid. He said he will still come out and look and at least I will know what the problem is. He did come out in approximately an hour. He told me it is the battery but because it is a hybrid and Autozone can't tell him what type of battery to use he said he won't replace the battery. This was a regular type battery not part of the hybrid system. He told me to go to Tucson Lexus and ask them to do it. He still charged me $150 for a battery jump. He said he can't charge lower. So, the lesson today was don't call him if you have a hybrid because he doesn't feel comfortable replacing a battery in a hybrid vehicle. I went to the dealer and I asked if the battery can be bought at Autozone and I was told yes it can. So, today ultimately ended up costing me $150 for a battery jump, plus a 3.5% fee for using a credit card, and $438 for a battery at the dealer plus an eight hour wait for my car back. DON"T call him if you have a HYBRID. He was a friendly person though and did come when he said. This was an expensive lesson.
