I had Audio Architect upgrade the stereo system in my Sprinter van, and the whole experience was outstanding. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to understand what I wanted out of the system - both with sound quality as well as with my budget - and made recommendations that fit my van and my needs perfectly. The installation itself was meticulous—clean wiring, seamless integration, and thoughtful placement of components. The sound quality is night and day compared to what I had before. Driving around town as well as on the highway, the audio experience has completely transformed how it feels to be in the van. So glad to find a shop that combines technical skill, pride in craftsmanship, and genuine customer service at this level. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Audio Architect to anyone considering an upgrade. They really made my van feel like a whole new ride.
He was really nice in helping me upgrade my stock radio to a newer model. He even helped me with my car door the day after when it was put on wrong. Id really recommend the guy, he really knows his stuff and was ok with me asking a ton of questions.
