Hannah & Rick were both great. Everything is organized and they're so easy to work with & down to earth. My estimate was spot on & they even saved me $150 along the way. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the repair looked great AND my ENTIRE inside of my car had been cleaned (including windows), which was an unexpected surprise. So grateful for them getting the repair done quickly & efficiently and being so honest & transparent. Thank you Aurora Collision Center!
I had an cosmetic issue with my bumper and finally decided to fix it. Out of the few shops in the area I got a quote with, Aurora Collision Center was the best price and their customer service was excellent. The wonderful woman at the front desk gave me an estimate and I went with them. Drop off was easy and their partnership with Enterprise which is within walking distance got me a rental for a reasonable price. The work was done quicker than expected, and cheaper than expected, and was perfectly done. You would never be able to tell my front bumper was hanging off and scraping the road at one point! Extremely great all around, and if I ever need my car body fixed again I will be going here. Thanks team!
Referred to the collision center by a friend. Took 15 days to turn around (as expected, no disappointment). Very communicative, honest, and did a great job. Didn’t try to pull a fast one or upsell me. Gave me a complimentary ride to the Enterprise up the street. Will be back.
I wanna start by giving a special thanks to the owner and his amazing staff, reading all the previous reviews I want to say they all fall short in explaining what an amazing job they do and the professionalism that they work with. They left my baby girl looking like new, like nothing ever happened there. They went above and beyond making sure my insurance wouldn't give me less than what my truck deserves. ¡Calidad increíble! Tuvieron que arreglar dos cosas, a través de dos aseguradoras diferentes, en mi coche (un rasguño enorme y que alguien golpeó la parte trasera). Se comunicaron conmigo y con las aseguradoras y trabajaron muy bien con todos. ¡Mi coche parece nuevo otra vez! ¡Gracias por el gran trabajo! ¡Definitivamente recomiendo a estos chicos! ¡Además, son personas muy agradables y genuinas!
