I have been receiving Botox for several years from Jean, and I can't say enough good things about Aurora. All the employees are helpful and courteous. Jean takes the time to listen to my feedback and make adjustments as necessary. She has never tried to talk me into doing any treatments outside of my comfort zone, which I really appreciate. I've also had several Hydrafacials at Auroran, and my skin feels so soft and hydrated afterwards. Pro tip - buy their signature scent candle!
I’ve been a client at Aurora (exclusively with Jean McCammon) for 12 years. I trust Jean, she’s incredible and has never steered me wrong or made me feel pressured to spend/do more. I know that after a visit with Jean I will look like the best version of myself and what more could one ask for?! Jean’s approach has always been walk before running, what refreshing and legit advice! You can add more but subtracting is tricky business. I know what friends spend (at other med spa’s) and Aurora’s skin care club pricing is amazing. It truly pays to be a member. I’ve been an Aurora client for about seven years, and continue to be impressed by the level of care and expertise I receive. When I first considered Botox, I was extremely hesitant - I worried about looking phony or overdone. I visited a few other spas, but their recommendations felt too aggressive for what I wanted. I then found Aurora and met Jean, who immediately put me at ease. Together, we created a conservative, personalized plan that aligned with my comfort level. She encouraged me to start slowly, reminding me that we can always add more later if needed. Jean is delightful, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the services the spa offers, not just her own specialty. I’m grateful I found her! Jean led me to meet Jordyn, who I see for micro needling, dermaplaning, facials, and laser treatments. She is wonderful - always taking the time to assess my skin, consider the season, and factor in any upcoming events before recommending what treatment will work best. Our conversations are always enjoyable, and her expertise has made a noticeable difference in my skin. I also saw Musietta a few years back for CoolSculpting around my mid-section, she was also very knowledgeable and helpful to craft a specific plan to help achieve my goals. Aurora has truly earned my trust. The front desk staff is always so welcoming and helpful! The team listens, cares, and consistently delivers natural, beautiful results.
I’ve been going to Aurora for years for my skincare needs, I feel so comfortable with Jean! She takes the time to explain things, she thoroughly answers all of my questions and she is an absolute pleasure to talk to. I look forward to seeing Jean every time, not to mention she helps me look my best! I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, it feels welcoming but sterile and is a beautiful place. I cannot say enough great things about Aurora Medical Spa. I’ve been a client here for years, and the experience is consistently exceptional. I’ve been seeing Jean since 2013 for injectables, and she is truly amazing. She is kind, professional, and genuinely listens to what I want. Her recommendations are thoughtful and conservative in the best way, focused on maintaining healthy, natural-looking skin rather than changing how I look. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident, never overdone, and still very much myself. I’ve also been seeing Jordan since 2023 for esthetics, and she is equally incredible. From facials and peels to microneedling, laser treatments, and product recommendations, her expertise and care really show. She takes the time to understand my skin and goals, and the results speak for themselves. The front-of-house staff deserves a huge shout-out as well, always welcoming, kind, and professional. From the moment you walk in, you feel taken care of. Aurora truly embodies what it means to support and empower women to be the best, most confident versions of themselves. Every visit is a great experience, and I wouldn’t trust my skin to anyone else.
