Love love love the yellow diamond ring we got from AB. I get so many compliments on how shiny it is! And the service provided by Gabriel at the Brisbane showroom and Charles from Diamonds Factory (sister company of AB) is absolutely fantastic! Definitely helped us choose the right ring for the occasion. The only let down was AB’s email service department. They had to switch the diamond as it was bought by another buyer but the process of getting an invoice and certificate for the new diamond was so painful. No one responded to my emails and I had to follow up multiple times over the course of a month just to get the correct certificate for my diamond. It should just be sent to me when the alternative diamond was selected. But that’s no reflection on the service provided by the team at the showrooms. Just a shame their head office is so slack :(
I had a wonderful experience with Austen & Blake. I discovered them online and was immediately impressed by their range of unique and beautiful designs—not the typical styles you see everywhere else, and all at very reasonable prices. I shortlisted a few pieces I liked and visited the store to see them in person. The service was excellent. I was treated with genuine care, everything was clearly explained, and I was offered helpful suggestions and options that made me feel confident in my final choice. I’m absolutely delighted with my ring and already looking forward to purchasing from them again. Highly recommend!
Fantastic personal service, attention to detail, and stunning jewellery. Purchased my wife a new engagement and wedding ring to replace the ones I bought 25 years ago. Update: just gave my wife a stunning pair of 2crt diamond ear rings from Austen & Blake, the service was fantastic again and the quality of the ear rings are 10/10. The photo does it no justice. Thank you guys fir another stunning piece.
Highly recommend Austen and Blake if you are in the market for an engagement ring at an affordable price. Both Dominic and Gabriel were fantastic, not pushy in the slightest, and treated my fiancé and I with the best customer service. The finished ring took about 3 weeks from ordering to receiving it in the mail, and it is perfect. My only slight concern is that the jewellery is outsourced to India for manufacturing - which I think is standard practice - but I didn’t see it mentioned transparently anywhere on their website. Not an issue for me, but would have been nice to know. Overall definitely consider this company, I am really glad we went here!

Choosing an engagement ring is such an emotional and personal experience, and she made it feel effortless and genuinely special. Thanks to her, I walked away with my absolute dream ring — I’m completely in love with it!
