They are always fast, friendly and want to make sure your car is looking it's best when you leave. And they will work with you on unique asks. That's why I've been going there for more than 15 years.
Auto City ripped the paneling of my passenger seat and refused to pay for repairs. My wife and I noticed the damage before we even sat in our car and notified employees / the manager immediately. Filled out a damage report. They offered me a free detailing but are adamant “we don’t damage cars here”. Most expensive car wash of my life! $1000 down the drain!
Avoid this place! They do a bad job just to try to get you out quickly. First they lost my tow hook cap, luckily they were able to find it afterwards but still shows how little care to detail they have. What’s even worse I paid them to buff out my head lights since they were cloudy and they were probably rushing so much that they ended up sanding part of the paint around the head lights. Please don’t waste your time or money on this place, it clearly cost me more than I thought I was saving for
I felt like I stumbled on a secret when I found this place! They're super efficient and leave my car spotless. It feels like it's just been detailed whenever I go. And if they do miss something, they're always extremely helpful and gracious when I ask them to do something again or differently. Highly recommend!
These guys did a great job! My car was filthy from shipping my car across the country followed by the ash from wildfires for a few weeks. Look at the before and after pics and you'll see the transformation for yourself. I had to point out a missed spot with a sticker that wasn't quite removed, but they jumped on it and immediately got the remaining spot. I'll definitely return!
