Absolutely the best service from beginning to end. I called the evening of one day, and in less than 24 hours a professional showed up to my work and I talked a whole new windshield. The call center was so prompt, and seamlessly coordinated with my insurance company. I am so impressed and would absolutely recommend them to everyone!
Great place and job well done on my daughter's 2024 civic. Small chip, they fixed it by making it smaller. If anyone understands what that means, if you've ever had a windshield fixed. Replacement windshields are crazy now a days, so this was great. My insurance set it up all worked out. Please give them your business.
Window did get in. But the window was not right I did let the technician know and he said to call his boss. That’s just the way it looks. It does not look that way. I assure you did file a claim today warranty. Let’s see if they stand up to their guarantee. Will keep you posted. It’s my wife’s car and she drove it to work and got to look at it this morning and was very very unhappy. The molding on the upper window right side is damaged and they need to replace it. Look at the photos. We’re very disappointed !!
2 stars because while they were friendly and got me in quickly they damaged the cab of my vehicle during install with a lot of scrapes across width of cab and the new window is questionable at best. Its damaged on plastic areas and had residual caulk/seal on bottom of window from nobody knows what. I paid cash for the replacement so I can't even complain to my insurance and this glass company was recommended by Geico. Waiting for a solution from them at this point.
