Robbie, Jeffrey and Chase did an excellent job! They arrived on time, were very professional, and got the installation done in a timely manner. They also made sure that my carpeting was protected and left no trace that work had been done. Great crew!

Cody came out to the house earlier today for a maintenance inspection and made everything very easy to understand for those who may be unfamiliar with HVAC functionality/terminology. These guys work fast and thorough. It's pretty great to have year-round peace of mind that our home's HVAC system is operating optimally. I highly recommend Automatic for all your HVAC system needs.

I’ve used Automatic Air Conditioning-Heating-Plumbing for several years at two houses. I’ve always had excellent service with friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable people. They are prompt and take the time to explain all services and repairs needed. They are always on time and come within a day of calling. They call me to schedule my repetitive services so I don’t have to remember. A company this well run is a demonstration of leadership, professionalism and customer service from bottom to the top.

James Voyles did an excellent job servicing our heater! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed with making sure the heater units were serviced properly! Freddy, the plumbing technician, also came a few days prior and provided these excellent qualities as well!

I was receiving estimates in July 2025 to replace my air conditioning unit, and Chris Lewellen came out. Chris was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. His estimate was also very competitive. Although I felt no sales pressure, I did feel the pressure to give them a 5 star rating if I were to choose them. I heard a lot of emphasis on that they are the only company with a 5 star rating. I would surely have given a 5 star if that were my experience but not because that was the expectation. Ultimately, out of the four estimates I received, I went with a company that I already had a relationship that was very competitive with no sales or ratings pressure. I would certainly recommend Automatic for their knowledgeability and fair pricing, but the pressure for a five star rating gave me pause.
