Having a hand me down car, it had a few scratches on it from its last owner. Being quite an old model, I didn’t want to have to pay heaps of money to reduce the appearance of a large, noticeable scratch I had on the front of the car. The very friendly Daniel answered my wishes offering to sand down the scratch, reducing its appearance significantly. Such a kind offer, and quick and easy with Avondale Body Works.

I cannot speak highly enough of Avondale Body Works. They are a great team who are extremely professional and genuinely customer focused. From the outset, they made sure we were kept fully up to date throughout the entire repair process, which provided real peace of mind. A special mention to Dan, who was exceptional. He was clear and transparent at every stage, ensured I was always informed, and managed all communication with my insurance company and the assessors. His attention to detail and commitment to achieving an outcome favourable for the customer truly stood out. The team are amazing. There was not an issue too complicated for them, and they consistently went above and beyond expectations. The level of customer service is top notch, and the workmanship is outstanding. The repairs were completed efficiently, to a very high standard, and the vehicle was returned in immaculate condition. Best customer service I’ve dealt with in any business. Got a full respray on the car and got updated photos frequently. Once the car was finished it looked immaculate although I noticed 2 imperfections on the paint a few weeks in and contacted Daniel but didn’t actually take the car back for a year and a half later. Daniel still took the car in and sorted it out free of charge and I can genuinely say I’m glad I brought the car to Avondale. Customer service is excellent and the work done is excellent. Trustworthy and well priced. I’ve referred 3-4 friends and family here and they’ve all come back with no complaints. Highly recommend. Thanks to Matthew, Daniel and the team 👍🏽
