I randomly picked this shop off of a list of "in network" shops from the insurance company after I got rear ended. It was a good choice! Everyone was friendly and I was happy with the amount of communication I received. I was grateful that they had Saturday hours so I didn't have to take PTO to get there. My repairs were completed on time (and quickly!), and my car looked as good as new. They were able to coordinate returning the rental car w/ Enterprise which was super convenient.

The customer service was top-notch—everyone in the front office made me feel genuinely valued. Big thanks to Maria, Jared, Rick and Jamie for going out of their way to assist me. Courtney ensured every aspect of my repair was handled perfectly. The body technicians and painter did phenomenal work. They truly exceeded my expectations, and my car looks perfect. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome. Fantastic service overall—I highly recommend them!

I had body work done on my car. A valet backed another car into my front bumper. Axelrod collision did an amazing job. Aaron was the person who took care of making sure the car was fixed properly, he worked with the valet service insurance company and he did a great job keeping everything on track. The staff at Axelrod were so friendly and helpful. The actual repairs and bodywork were excellent. The shop was also very timely. I highly recommend Axelrod collision for autobody repairs.

I had a minor accident with my 2021 Tesla Model Y, and Axlerod Auto Body made it look brand new again. They completed the repair almost a week earlier than estimated. The entire team was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced with Teslas. I highly recommend Axlerod Auto Body for fast, high-quality Tesla repair and outstanding customer service.

I brought my Tacoma in after a collision. They handled the whole process with finesse, efficiency, and professionalism. All while receiving excellent and enjoyable customer service. I was quoted 10 days and they handled the repairs in 3 days. My truck was not only repaired, but they also detailed and gave it a wash. In a world where customer service and expectations are at their lowest, Axelrod not only exceeded my expectations, they made a very stressful situation very enjoyable.
