The staff is always very friendly and accommodating! It’s in a convenient location for me. They always stay up to date on the newest skincare developments and laser treatments.
I have been going there for some years and I’m always very happy when I leave. I just went for my lip fillers and as always PERFECT! Exactly the way I want them , not big just natural looking. Have been going for Botox for some years. The staff is ALWAYS amazing! I love going .💕
Jennifer from Azul Medspa was wonderful to work with. She used laser treatment to help reduce the pigmentation of the spots on my face, and I’m really happy with the results. She explained the process clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment, and was very professional. Over time, I noticed my dark spots becoming lighter and my skin tone looking more even. I would definitely recommend Jennifer and Azul Medspa to anyone looking to improve facial pigmentation.
I’ve been on the fence about sharing this for months and finally decided that by sharing, this might prevent a painful experience for someone else. Coming to Azul to try their Pico laser was a last resort for me and this is how it went: First of all, my initial consultation for the Pico laser started 30 minutes late with no apology. And they sent in 3 different techs to see me before one of them could explain to me what the Pico laser was and how it worked. The first two techs that came in didn’t even know they offered the Pico. My backstory: I’ve been dealing with melasma for 6 years and have tried everything. Nothing moved the dial for me: not Microneedling, not PRP, not TCA peels, not teas, changing my diet, hydroquinone. NOTHING. I came here with low expectations but did not come here expecting that they’d make my melasma worse. All because Jennifer didn’t have me prep my skin correctly weeks prior and refused to do a spot check. I came in armed with questions and was very apprehensive. She knew I’d been using Vitamin c and didn’t ask me to discontinue before the laser treatment (which I now know is standard). She also didn’t switch me to TXA weeks in advance in order to avoid PIH…like she should’ve. Jennifer also insisted that I was a good candidate for the Pico Laser and guaranteed that’d I’d be happy with my results and insisted that I didn’t need a spot check first. I had been adamant about the spot check and Jennifer ignored my request. I let her talk me into getting this laser treatment on my entire face (I had only wanted to do my upper lip) and you can see the results for yourselves. Once Jennifer saw that my pigment post the pink healing phase was getting darker and darker by the day, she tried to say that I must’ve gone in the sun (of course I did not) or that I didn’t follow proper post treatment care…which I followed to a T. All she could come up with to help me was to put me on Hydroquinone. Hydroquinone had never worked for me in the past and she knew this. So I decided to go see an actual dermatologist and refused to let anyone else at Azul Med spa go near my skin again. Jennifer is not a dermatologist. So if you’re looking to try a laser for the first time, make sure you’re going to be treated by an actual dermatologist, not a tech. And find someone that has a lot of experience with treating your specific skin tone. The damage to my confidence and the cost of trying to undo what Jennifer did to my skin are immeasurable.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't thank Dr. Lyle D. Weeks and the entire team at Azul Med Spa West enough for saving my special day! I had been battling a painful acne cyst on my cheek for nearly three weeks, and it had me feeling stressed and self-conscious. From the moment I called, the front desk staff was incredibly accommodating, scheduling me for the very next morning. The Medical Assistant and Dr. Weeks listened attentively to my concerns and provided compassionate care. Now, less than 24 hours later, it's 5:30 AM, and the cyst has shrunk to less than the size of a pea no redness, no inflammation. I’m amazed at how quickly and effectively they helped me. Thank you so much for your expertise and kindness! 😊🙏🙏
