I called and left a message for Katie saying I had some questions about starting a new company and possibly hiring her for my 2025 taxes. Not only did she return my call promptly, but she was incredibly kind and helpful! Our conversation felt PERSONAL, not transactional. She answered all my questions, shared information my accountant of over 10 years had never mentioned, and took the time to walk me through my concerns. I truly appreciate the time and care she gave me. My husband and I will be discussing hiring her for this year.

I had a terrible experience with this firm this year. I have 4 different emails that I sent to my CPA and they were never returned. I called the office and talked to the manager, who said that he would call me back the following week and assign a new cpa to take care of me. Then the following week no call from him but a call from the CPA that ignored me. I would not recommend this firm, it felt like I did not make enough money to warrant responses. I will give them 2 stars though because it looks as if my taxes were done correctly.
