Today I went in for a consult as was met with nothing but comfort and assurance. The team there reassured me after a not so great experience. I was met by Josie at the front and connected instantly and felt comfortable. I am excited now to get this process finally moving forward instead of dread.
I just wanted to take the time out and review Mr. Griffin and Shelly Brown. Andrew Griffin brought clarity and confidence every step of my process. His paralegal Shelly Brown was nothing short of extraordinary. She was very responsive, compassionate and well organized. She always handled issues and kept communication flowing and made me feel supported and informed. Her professionalism turned a stressful situation into something manageable. She listened and was always respectful of my goals. I would highly recommend Andrew and Shelly to anyone. They don't just handle cases they take care of their clients.

Really poor customer satisfaction The Andrew assistant NEVER knows anything, she's like I don't know, I don't know, really!!! But for payment they call up to 3 times. Andrew he's never available, never returns calls same as assistant Get away from this people save yourself time, money, and peace
I came across Bailey & Galyen by the Internet and I called and spoke with Micaela & Shelly and they were very helpful and gave me all information I needed to know where I need to start to get my process going I will be definitely coming back to hired when I am ready. I recommend B&G the staff is awesome and so kind. ✋🏿 High five!!!! The Mansfield office is just so full of energy and great vibes!!!👍🙌
