Bailey Tree Company provided a very positive experience with the trimming of my tree - an ornamental pear approximately 40-50 ft tall. Their assessor was easy to speak to and pleasant and the quote very competitive. The assessor was present when the crew arrived so she was able to pass on what had been discussed. The crew was polite and very receptive to my suggestions. They did a thorough job and took the time to detail it some until I was completely happy. What a great attitude they had, despite the rainy day! I was very impressed with the great ability and experience of the main pruner, who climbed that tree like a cat, while the other two workers fed the wood into the chipper. Well, better than a cat, because cats dont know how to come down! I have an apple orchard and am a pruner myself and I was very satisfied with the job performed, to the point that I would hire them again.
This is the BEST tree service in Sac. We've used several, and these guys are skilled, careful, meticulous, super nice and so very talented at what they do. Very hard working. Price was in line with the other bids (we got 7 bids, they have very fair pricing in comparison, not the cheapest but they could do the first two trees the fastest). So glad we chose them to precisely fall 2 liquid ambers in our front yard; they fell them so perfectly and quickly exactly in the spot they had cleared, and had it all cleaned up in just a few hours. A month later after permits, we had them take out a massive dead oak tree in a very tricky location along several fences and over landscaping, Erick was up in the tree cutting, and he is seriously skilled and precise. They managed to take out unbelievably heavy massive branches out so carefully and didn't damage one thing! It was absolutely amazing. Really professional and nice crew as well, the yard looks cleaner than when they arrived. We will use them again and again anytime we need our trees trimmed!
I have contracted Bailey Tree Co for my house multiple times over the years. I highly recommend them and always give their information to neighbors and friends in the area looking for a trustworthy tree work company. They're always priced competitively, quick to get to my house, & have great customer service (specifically their sales person Ted & Foreman Nasario). They listen and go above and beyond to make me and my wife happy with the work. Always check in with me to make sure its how I like it before they leave as well - much appreciated.
I guess there was a lack of communication. I wanted my neighbor’s holly tree cut down to the fence, as I have cut it back many times myself, but it was left about a foot and a half high. I thought a large limb over our yard was to go down, but three large limbs came off instead. I called the owner, but he didn’t seem to want to do anything about it, just said he did what I said I wanted. $850 for an hour and a half work. You need to make real sure exactly what will be done when you talk to someone!!
No puedo hablar lo bastante bien de mi experiencia con Bailey Tree Co. Primero, sus precios son muy competitivos y no exigieron pago hasta que el trabajo estuvo hecho y estuve satisfecho con el resultado. En segundo lugar, sus equipos llegan a tiempo y son extremadamente eficientes y profesionales. Contraté a Bailey's para eliminar un árbol Bradford Pear de 30-40 pies en mi jardín delantero. Una cuadrilla de 3 personas llegó, derribó el árbol, lo astilló, limpió el área y se fue en unos 40 minutos. Respondieron a mis preguntas, me permitieron tomar fotos y videos, y no podrían haber sido más profesionales. Una semana después, llegó otro miembro de la cuadrilla para triturar el tocón. Al igual que la cuadrilla anterior, fue cortés, profesional y eficiente. Después de otra semana, llegó otra persona para recoger troncos grandes que eran demasiado grandes para la trituradora. Le informé que descubrí que se había dañado una tubería de riego durante el proceso de trituración y él contactó rápidamente con su oficina en mi nombre. Fue una reparación fácil y rápidamente se ocuparon de ello para mí. Mi tercera razón para respaldar a esta empresa es la profesionalidad de todas las personas que conocí, desde el personal de la oficina, hasta el caballero que vino a cotizar el trabajo, y a todos sus integrantes de la cuadrilla. Ya he recomendado Bailey's a varios amigos.
