I’m genuinely disappointed with this esports center. For a place that markets itself as the main esports hub in Bakersfield, there’s very little actual esports activity happening. There are days with no events, no organized PUGs, and no meaningful competitive scene being supported. It feels like a missed opportunity. Simple ideas like hosting consistent CS PUG nights or offering small incentives to attract players could help build a real community, but none of that seems to be happening. It’s frustrating to see the potential go unused. They also don’t allow players to set up their own PCs for LAN events in the back room, which makes it hard for serious players to take the space seriously. The layout feels inefficient — the main PC room could function better as a lobby, while the back room would make more sense as a dedicated seating or event area. Overall, the equipment and experience don’t offer any real advantage over playing at home. If this place wants to be known as a true esports center, it needs to actively support competitive gaming and community-driven events.

Terrible service, poorly optimized PCs. I don't know why I thought I could play competitively here. I paid $26 and was only there for 30 minutes. They refused to refund my money even after I told them to keep $7 per hour. Personally, this isn't an esports place. I was there for 30 minutes and literally gave them $26 to optimize their PCs. I can't believe I lost a real-money championship because of this poor optimization. The people who work here can't even tell you the FPS of the PCs; they don't even know the components. It's disgusting. I'm never coming back here, and I hope competitive players never end up here.

Awesome place for families. We brought our two 7 year olds and they had a blast. Employees were friendly and helped our boys with all 7992 questions they had.

Smooth and simple – just how I like it. The team made it so easy for me.
