Great people to work with! Ben was able to come to my business within an hour of calling! Luckily our problem was fairly easy and quick for them to fix. Will definitely call them for anything else we need!
Ben and Jay are the nicest most efficient workers ever. Super great. I'll be calling them next time I need an electrician. They worked so fast I couldn't believed it. I'm black and i never feel uncomfortable. They didn't try to jack up my price. I'm also a single retired grandma with 3 grandkids to raise. They gained a new customer for this old wacky shack. Call them. You'll be glad you did.
Prompt appointment, great customer service. Their team explained our issues and got them handled quickly and for a fair price. We had issues with power to a dishwasher. While there they were also able to troubleshoot & diagnose a separate issue we had. We thought it was our AC causing our electric bill to skyrocket but they were able to determine it was our well pump running constantly. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. We will use them again in the future!
Ben was VERY knowledgeable, and, patient with ALL my questions!!! He is VERY detail oriented. From his original bid to his actual work!!!!!!! I had several bids and not one of them showed the detail and customer relation skills that Ben did!!!!! I wish everyone could know they need to use BALLINGER ELECTRIC instead of any other company!!!!!
Ben hung our purchased light from where we had a recessed can light in no time at all. He saved us from our DIY attempt & when the canned light wasn’t as we expected, we called the pro. He is prompt (scheduled in 1day) & always communicates exactly what to expect & then delivers! Wears booties inside & cleans everything up wonderfully! We will always call Ben first when we need electrical work done. 👍🏻👍🏻
