I’m out there in the girdwood area and I desperately needed to get my engine oil and differential fluids changed in my 4x4 coming from extreme heat to extreme cold ( Arizona to Alaska ) and baltazars came through with flying colors! I’m extremely happy and great customer service with great rates compared to everyone else I called in Anchorage…. Special shout out to Eric and Adam for the great customer service and to their maintenance staff who know their stuff and did a great job!! Will recommend always to others and use in the future. Thank you Baltazars!
If you want your tires done correctly 3 times out of 4 than go here. I traveled with my car so much this summer and I wasnt able to out air in my tire.
Just so people are aware, I have bought 2 sets of tires, I have had my flats fixed, and my car looked at when my suspension snapped (at this shop) - because i was in duress and near the shop. Adam ‘the manager’ , took care of each one of these issues quickly and honestly! He always gives me all the options, and follows through EVERY time. He is fair, and gets me in when he says he is going to- I do plan ahead, as should others. There is definitely a tire season- and we are in it- plan ahead folks. SIDE NOTE: I was in the shop yesterday , Tis the season for tire changeovers. People were being pushy, angry and loud. I encourage people to take a second, breathe and remember YOU waited until the last minute. ALL tire shops are doing what they can. Grown people acting like toddlers is not acceptable. Displacing your inability to plan- is not the shops fault.
These guys are probably the worst in town. This is not a professional environment at all. Go to a legitimate business with professional people. Last year, dropped my car off at open for a tire change over they assured me would get done that day. Wound up having to leave my car a second day. I was without my car for two full days. When I did get it back, they had left it outside overnight and it had nearly 10 inches of snow on it I had it clear off. FAST FORWARD to today, I went back against my better judgment. This time, there’s only 1 person ahead of me and they assured me it would be 45 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes go buy before someone informs me they haven’t even started on mine yet. I decided to go elsewhere, since I value customer service and communication. I got my car and left. 10 minutes down the road I realize these guys didn’t even put my tires back in my car. Good employees in the back shop are hard to come by and this shop proves just that.
