GO TO. I came here for my first time and I was surprised by how easy it was. Glenna talked me through it and is just a sweet person all around.
I highly recommend Bare Arizona, especially Bri. This is, by far, the best waxing studio I have visited. The facility is immaculate, and I received prompt and courteous service from the moment I arrived. Bri performed my Brazilian and underarm waxing with exceptional precision and care. She ensured every detail was perfect, working efficiently without compromising comfort or quality. I will gladly return to Bare Arizona for future services.
After doing a quick search on where to get a wax, Glenna's darling studio kept popping up as one of the best in the valley. She booked me an appointment the same day I reached out. Glenna is warm and friendly, and the wax appointment was quick and virtually painless. Highly recommend Bare Arizona!
I had my first brow appointment here in September 2025 and booked my 6-week follow-up at checkout. At that time, I was told the technician wouldn’t be in town the weekend I requested and was asked whether I preferred the week before or the week after. I chose the week after and left believing that was the appointment date. Fast-forward to what I believed was still a week before my second appointment — I received a text saying I had missed it and would be charged a no-show fee. I was also surprised to learn the salon had stored my card from my online booking without clearly stating that policy upfront. Not only did the message state they’d be charging my card, but it also asked when I’d like to rebook — which was disappointing given the obvious scheduling mix-up and lack of notice. A better response would have been something like: "Let’s waive the no-show charge this time, and go ahead and get your next appointment on the books!" (or better yet! Do not charge a card that was never authorized to be on file) Charging a no-show fee in this situation is poor customer service and short-sighted business practice, because there was a clear scheduling misunderstanding, and I had only been here once before — this would have been just my second visit. A little communication and grace would have created loyalty, not frustration. The brow work itself was excellent — truly great technique. The customer service and policies, though, didn’t match the quality of the service. Great brows, but I left disappointed by the lack of flexibility and transparency.
I have been wanting to get a Brazilian wax done and was on the hunt! My sister comes here and recommended I go here especially since it was my first wax!! My appointment was with Glenna! She literally explained everything, walked me through the process as it was happening, and made sure I was comfortable as much as I could be! My experience was great, there was no awkward silence. She talked to my through the entire appointment which helped distract me! Thank you for making my fist appointment as relaxing as possible. I will be back again!
