We did a meet and greet session with Rebecca in advance of boarding our dog. She was a pleasure to meet with and everything was very professional and friendly. We are new to Philadelphia but will be joining Bark Park for boarding and daycare.
Samantha was great with our very challenging mini poodle. We’ve been looking (unsuccessfully) for someone who could groom him for over a year. Everyone told us he was too difficult and that we’d need to sedate him at the vet for a full shave. Samantha not only took him in but also gave him an amazing haircut in under 2 hours with zero hassle. We are very grateful!
My pup is basically a VIP here — and he knows it. 🐾 Every time we roll up, his tail is wagging like he’s about to walk a red carpet. The BP team treats my sweet boy like absolute royalty, and family and I never have to worry when he’s in their care. Honestly, my only regret is not finding Bark Park years ago — could’ve saved us both from a lot of mediocre playdates! Now he’s a proud regular at Bark Park West, strutting in like he owns the place, loads of 🐕 buddies to catch up with and loving every minute of it. Highly recommend if you want your fur baby to be as obsessed with daycare as mine is. 💕
Love Bark Park! They take such wonderful care of my furbabies!!! The groomers are excellent! I use them for daycare and my pups come home happy, healthy and very exhausted. I have one crazy pup who has greatly calmed down since hanging at Bark Park. We love you guys! Sincerely Jo, Rags, and Rupert (aka Captain Chaos).
