Finding this place was one of the most important moments of my new life in San Antonio. I can feel and see my body changing and my mind feels healthier. It’s beautiful to see my baby get truly excited from the moment we park because she’s going into play lounge. She doesn’t even know which nanny or what kids will be there, but she’s ready. And every single person at Barre3 Stone Oak is beyond sweet and warm and welcoming. The instructors KNOW what they’re doing. I want to be like them when I grow up. I’m quite happy with my life, but finding B3SO was life-changing and a significant highlight every single day for me.
Love Barre3! Been doing the barre3 workout since September. Friendly staff at all the locations I’ve been to and it’s a great workout that’s constantly changing. They also have a variety of classes you can take. My favorite is the signature 45 and the strength training class. Studio owner, all the instructors and staff are awesome.
I fell in love with barre3 in DC and was so thrilled to see one open in San Antonio!!! It is such an effective and well rounded workout that has helped me feel more at home in my body! I knew immediately I needed to be part of this community and decided to join the team of instructors! This community has been a welcome addition to my life.
The team of instructors at B3 Stone Oak are all amazing women and each bring their own unique energy to class! This studio offers Barre3 Signature, Strength and Cardio classes with 45 min and 60 min options seven days a week. Hope to move with you soon! First class is free, and monthly members also have access to the hundreds of B3 instructor led videos online for when you need to workout at home or while traveling. Barre3 has literally changed my life and reshaped how I view fitness. I first did B3 online circa 2018, and then we moved to Nashville area in 2019 and I had three in-person studio options. Attending 3+ classes a week in studio was amazing and helped me enter my second pregnancy healthier and stronger than my first. We moved again summer of 2020 and I did a variety of fitness livestreams and groups, but nothing compared to B3. A studio owner friend reached out and told me she heard there was a studio opening in San Antonio…I immediately searched and signed up for one of Kristi’s pop up classes even though I was in my third trimester with our third child. I had been patiently waiting four years for a studio to open up in SA! Nothing was going to stop me from being back at Barre3! The commute to Stone Oak from Alamo Heights is worth every mile because of the incredible workouts, affirmations, and community surrounding Barre3. Plus, Play Lounge! One of the biggest attractions and ways B3 stands out compared to other barre studios - childcare. The kindest ladies keep the kiddos happy and well cared for while their parent takes time to care for themselves. Wins all around. Hope to see you at Barre3 Stone Oak | San Antonio soon!
