Barspirit was a total game-changer for our wedding! Managing 100 guests is no small feat, but their team handled the rush after our ceremony with incredible grace and speed. We were worried about long lines forming during cocktail hour, but the staff was so efficient that no one was ever left waiting for a drink. Our bartender was hired for a private house party. She showed up on time with requested ice. Unfortunately other than the 2 items above everything else was pretty much a nightmare. The bartender was rude to our guests , taking several smoking breaks and was seen taking shots of Tequila. If I hadn’t hired her myself I would have thought we were being punked or were in a curb episode. I have bumped into friends post party and each one has a different story about how rude the bartender was. The owner did respond and say he has never had this happen. Maybe she was having a bad day? No refund/discount was offered.
