Barton Car Wash & Detail Centre has friendly staff and great services. They have a wide variety of wash packages and provide excellent cleaning services no matter how dirty your vehicle is. They do a great job with fleet vehicles too. Highly recommended!
DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH! Brought my brand new car here for an in and out car wash. The right side of my car is now missing pieces of paint. When I took the car back to them they told me this was from me driving over stones … paint is missing in three different spots from “stones” , these marks weren’t there before the car went through their car wash. They did not give me any insurance information, or really do anything helpful after asking me to come down to fix the situation. Instead, told me to go to Canadian tire and grab myself a pen to fill in the missing spots of paint. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.
As polite as they may be I don’t think this place is worth it I got the full clean on my suv…. And regardless of who it is they should treat everyone the same… I was very unpleased with the work they did with my car. I stayed there and saw how they run things…. My chairs weren’t dried and I told them it was fine since I wanted the car cleaned… the guy like I mentioned was polite and said I could come back and get them dried the next day and I did because my seats were absolutely soaked Sure my chairs looked great I’ll give them that but what I saw in the morning with the sun it really showed how half assed the job was my windows and my windshields were so greasy they were worse then when I gave it to them … the next day I showed them and explained all the areas were I wanted cleaned, when I showed up to pick it up I gave them 3 hours and my car was sitting there turned on with the heat on and they had a hair drier sitting on my chair while they cleaned another car….. sorry but that’s absolutely not okay they wasted quarter of a tank I was pretty pissed because after a half assed services didn’t need my gas wasted but I was just fed up after I saw that all my request still hadn’t been clean I told him once more and he went and “cleaned”it. my mats are so slippery that I had to go and dry them off my self from whatever oils they used.. they threw my mats in the back didn’t even bother to put them back nicely… I am very polite and nice and hate confrontation I just wanted to leave and never come here again after this experience. But guess what they forgot to give me my headrests back so once more I had to make my third trip to pick them up I was so mad… the head rests were covered in soapy water and were so wet but I just don’t care anymore I was tired and wasted to much gas and time. I’m sorry but I personally had a bad experience and was disappointed because I was really hoping this place was gonna be great.. thank you tho for cleaning my chairs and floors when it comes to that they do a great job… except for drying if u got cloth chairs.
I recently paid for the supreme package for my friend's car and unfortunately, it was the worst service I have ever received. Despite the initial impression of a clean interior from a distance, the closer inspection revealed a lack of attention to detail. I was extremely disappointed with the service and cannot understand how they have received positive reviews. In my opinion, I could have done a better job myself. Overall, I am not impressed with the service provided so far.
One of the worst car washes I’ve experienced. I asked for the top of the line Luxury wash, don’t mind paying more to get the car looking new, but these guys just rushed and didn’t not even do what I paid for. The seats were supposed to get conditioned, etc. instead it looks like a kid went sprayed water all over the inside of my car and used a dirty rag to just quick wipe everything down. Well every screen has streak marks, and nothing was cleaned as the dirt is still there. I can go and literally wipe it off with my finger. Even the outside, simple dirt marks I can scrub with my finger. Save you time and money and go somewhere else!!!!
