We accidently discovered Bassett Furniture for the first time at Jensen Beach Florida about 5 years ago, when we purchased our forever home. Throughout the years, Dee the design consultant and Paul the regional manager have shown us their warm hospitality, design expertise and always going out of their way with amazing customer service. We have received praises from friends and family on our home over and over. Thank-you Dee and Paul, YOU ARE THE BESTESTEST!!

Who says great customer service is dead? Clearly, they haven’t been to the Bassett Furniture store in Jensen Beach! We were blown away by the level of care and professionalism we received, especially from Nicole, our design consultant, and Paul the store manager. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find just the right pieces for our home and lifestyle. Paul and Nicole made the entire shopping experience feel personalized and stress-free. From customizing our furniture to ensuring timely delivery, every step was handled with excellence. I had been looking at new furniture/fabrics on and off for two years and simply could not get the project off the ground. Late one Saturday afternoon, I walked into Bassett in Jensen Beach and was greeted by Lisa Ruut. We chatted and I told her my sad story about not being able to find inspiration. Well, that was all it took. Lisa was excited for the challenge and determined to make my project come to life. As we worked together (I was very much a hands-on client) Lisa was open-minded and guided me gently towards good design choices. Over the next several months her endless patience, creativity, and eye for color resulted in a collaboration that exceeded my expectations. Lisa’s sales manager, Paul Petrone, and his team of design associates work to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all. Donna McDougall, operations administrator, ensures orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Thank you, Lisa, for your tenacity, responsiveness, and most of all for making this project so much fun. I consider myself lucky to have met you.
Bassett had the styles we were looking for at the prices we had hoped for! The best surprise was Lisa, our designer/salesperson. Lisa was patient, listened carefully to us, and made helpful suggestions. She was thorough and quick with our estimate, even including a special sale we had not noticed.
