Went in because my car’s key fob wasn’t working. Was given a price of about $25 for a new battery with lifetime warranty — sounds good to me. After the guy fixed it, he asked for my phone number, which I declined to provide. That’s my prerogative. He informed me that I wouldn’t have the lifetime warranty without providing my number and I was fine with that. He got visible upset and said it was “weird” that I didn’t want to give my number. He finally rang me up, and it was only about $16; I wasn’t informed up front that the lifetime warranty was an add-on. Good to know. I won’t be back to this location.

John took care of my mother's phone screen and fixed it within 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and very professional. I was impressed by the accuracy and customer service experience he obviously has. Definitely recommend him!

I’m not going to give a one star because of certain reasons. I had hoped with such good reviews I would get lucky with getting my iPhone 7+ screen fixed here. The first go around, I had issues with my screen pressing random buttons and going crazy. I took it back where they “loosened” the screen. I left and once again, same issues. I took it back the next day and another guy replaced my screen. This time the screen seemed to be working okay but I tried using my front facing camera and it just shows pitch black. Mind you my front facing camera worked perfect while my screen was cracked and also the two other times my screen was fixed it worked. Yet when I take it in YET again, I’m told nothing is wrong with my camera wire. They were nice enough to refund my money and I couldn’t get my old screen back but I’m now out $1200 because I have a $900 phone I can’t use due to STILL having screen issues plus no front facing camera and I had to upgrade my phone which technically makes me out 2k for the phone I have plus my upgrade. I would personally spend the extra $80 I tried saving and visit an apple store if I were you. A least there they will fix your phone if they mess something up. The guys were nice and respectful, just sucks I’m out a phone and it’s my only form of communication with family and my husband.

I have used Batteries Plus (the 21st St location) many times over the years for key fob batteries & watches. They even soldered the wires in my key fob twice. This was my first time needing a phone battery. Over the years every service person I have dealt with has been a pleasure. They are friendly & very knowledgeable. This time was no exception. I never have to dread going here in & wondering what kind of service I may get. Thanks for all the help & exceptional service.
