I called this company because a friend recommended them and I also was delighted with their quick and speedy Service!
I called on Friday morning and they offered me two slots one for Friday one for Saturday and I took the Saturday one. Adam showed up on time within the three hour window. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed the issue.
They sent the the sexiest repair man they could find with a tool belt. It was a shame he got the job done so fast. My oven is hot again.
Issue was that washer would not drain. Alex arrived on schedule and troubleshooted the issue. Turned out the drainage pipe just needed clearing & I didn't need a new pump. I also appreciated that I was able to schedule the repair for the day after calling.
Alex, my repair person, was wonderful! Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about my washing machine in the process. This is my second time using this company and have had positive experiences both times.
