This was the second time I have used Bay Venture and both times it has been a great experience. The folks are very friendly, ensure you have knowledge of the area, how the boat operates and they can even give you a notification directly to the boat if information needs to be urgently relayed. The boats are in great condition and operate just as you would expect from a new boat. We will definitely use them again.

What a great experience! We are avid boaters back home (Michigan) and wanted to see the sights from the water here. Upon arriving we were greeted at our truck, TJ offered to help bring our stuff down to the boat. After the detailed briefing we were off. The boat was clean as a whistle and had all the equipment we'd need (lines, anchor, fenders). The 115 horse engine was more than enough and we especially appreciated the depth gadge. The notebook with maps and pictures was so helpful! We've rented several boats while traveling around the country and this was by far the best experience ever! We will for sure do this again when we return. Highly recommend!!!

What a great experience! This is a perfect idea for a day at the beach or on the water. We have rented a pontoon boat from Bay Ventures twice now and it's been a pleasure each time. Staff is super friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We rented the double rider tube and everyone, kids and adults had a blast on it. From start to finish it was an amazing day! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our rental with Bay Venture! We used their 2023 Bentley pontoon boats which was nice! They provided very clear and thorough instructions that made for a safe and pleasant experience for everyone. Will rent from them again!

There's a reason this place has so many reviews and all of them are 5 stars... that's just unheard of! But it's because they are simply the best. They take the time to go over the waterways and equipment with you. They make sure you're comfortable with everything before you leave. They give you a binder with maps and detailed directions to take with you. If you still need some assistance with anything you can call their cellphones. I had an issue with the depth finder backlight going dim after sitting with the boat off for a while. I called and they walked me through the process of turning it back to full brightness. Very happy with this rental. I will always come back here when in the area. Other times I've rented a boat, with other companies, they just give you the keys and kick you loose. That's dangerous. Everyone should head here to rent your next boat. Oh, last thing... these are brand new boats. They buy new each year and sell them in the fall. Very nice touch.
