Regarding this BSW-OT location, (Retail RD): The front desk crew were friendly, efficient and welcoming from the start. They were able to navigate the insurance maze easily and communicated my cost responsibilities up front. The PT staff were well organized and set up a plan to maximize my goals. They have been professional encouraging, and thorough, throughout my visits. I've had multiple surgeries, with various PT groups in the area, but this group, and my Physical Therapist in particular, Ryan, stood out, but they're all good. I could have gone anywhere, but I'm glad I chose BSW-OT.
Zachary Mucha is a terrific physical therapist. He is friendly and communicates well. Highly recommend!
I received excellent care from the PT, Zack Mucha. I learned more from him about my body that I have from anybody in my 17 two years of life. He was very professional and very kind. I would highly recommend BSW for PT. Everyone seems very good
Over the years I have worked with numerous physical therapists. I am very impressed with the varied degree of knowledge, professionalism and caring attitude of therapist, Chelsea Sheldon. If it is necessary for me to receive more therapy in the future I will definitely request Chelsea. She is 5 star!
Definitely recommend BSW PT. Zach did not only help me recover from my sprained and stiff ankle in four weeks but, I was able to do exercises that I haven't done in over twenty years like jumping and lunges. Zach was extremely detailed through all the sessions. I Regained strength all over my legs, around my knees and specially my hips. The staff at BSW Lake Highlands are worth the wait.
