Eric provided outstanding support from start to finish. I had originally been relying on a family member to assist with upgrading my PC, but after two months they were unable to complete the work. I retrieved my PC and the parts needed for the upgrade and brought everything to Eric on a late Sunday evening. Throughout the week, he stayed in consistent communication, keeping me updated on the progress and discussing the details of the upgrade. Once the work was completed, he promptly notified me and coordinated a convenient time for pickup. When I arrived, he walked me through what he had done and tested the PC in front of me to confirm everything was functioning properly. Eric was polite, professional, reliable, and very understanding. You truly couldn’t ask for someone better to work on your PC. I will absolutely return for any future laptop or PC needs and would confidently recommend him to family and friends. Overall, he’s simply a great technician who takes pride in doing excellent work.

After buying a computer off someone and freaking out when It didn’t work I brought it here. I was so relieved to find out the guy who sold it to me installed the fans backwards and Eric installed an extra one. Eric is really amazing with laptops, the reviews are not wrong. I’ve been having the same annoying freezing problem for a year. One day with Eric and the computer is unrecognizably fast. Go to him because his reputation precedes him and his fixes are truly impressive.

Eric was a massive help to me online, he offered me assistance to troubleshoot my PC (Bought second hand however still cost a good amount). Im from the UK so ofcourse couldnt see it in person and he asked for nothing in return for his time and experience. 2 local shops in the UK didnt even bother to look at it and straight up told me I need to buy a new graphics card but thankfully Eric's suggestion worked and it saved me a small fortune! 5* review for his efforts 🙂

After seeing so many 5 star reviews, I decided to bring my PC to Eric some it was crashing during heavy programs and games. He fixed the issue over the weekend and was knowledgeable and careful with my PC. I would recommend him to anyone over any other PC repair place. Don’t waste your money and time with other places, there is a reason why this company has 5 stars and not one bad review, they are the real deal. 11/10 service all around.
