A well run place, especially for a 60 unit apartment complex. Our manager, Ana is friendly and has always responded quickly to any questions or minor concerns. We really like the open balconies and patios which are great for gardening (photos). The 2 laundry rooms are clean and bright, with 4 washers and 4 dryers each, although it's been hit-or-miss when it comes to paying by phone via PayRange. The only downsides here are plumbing problems which have been known to get one's car wet in the underground parking garage. And some of the residents are lazy and sloppy when it comes to having their trash actually make it into the large dumpster bins. But all in all it's a well lit and maintained property. And like many other places, they do raise the rent from time to time, which we consider to be a bit high considering there is no pool.
I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service provided by "Grizzel" property manager. Her management skills are truly outstanding—she handles every detail with precision, organization, and a clear commitment to keep everything running smoothly. No matter the situation, she responds promptly and thoughtfully, ensuring issues are addressed before they ever become real problems. She maintains consistent and reliable communication, she would take the time to explain that puts everyone at ease. Most importantly, she is genuinely a good human being, It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine care, and we feel fortunate to have her as a manager at our place of residence. She is highly recommended in every way.
I’ve been a tenant under Beach Front (1400 Peckham) for a while now, and working with Andrea Copado has been nothing short of amazing. She’s easily one of the best property managers I’ve ever dealt with. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something fixed, she responds fast and takes care of it right away. Andrea is professional, respectful, and genuinely cares about the residents. She makes everything smooth and stress-free, from maintenance requests to day-to-day communication. It’s rare to find someone who works this hard and still treats everyone with kindness. If you’re looking for a place managed by someone who truly puts residents first, I highly recommend Andrea and her team. She’s the reason living here has been such a great experience!
I write this review to Ms Diana Alvarez she is a manager in Korea Town, specific in 432 New Hampshire, she is very professional and we just rent here, a month ago but, she always respond the calls, and text messages. Me and my husband we really appreciate her exelent, communication and professionalism. And she always responds any issues in the building for any reason off course we recommend 👌 her job.
Deleting my previous review and writing a new one. Danny was amazing, what followed after his visit has been a disaster. Wish I could give it 0 stars. What was supposed to be repaired after Danny’s visit was done incorrectly. We asked that the entire ceiling from water leak damage was replaced, instead, it was patched up, and still wet. Because of this, 24hrs later the entire ceiling collapsed. All things that could have been preventable if they listened to their tenants and earlier tech. We also discovered mold on the insulation that was falling from the ceiling. At this point it has likely contaminated our belongings and entire first floor. We also discovered another leak! If they removed the ceiling how they were supposed to this could have been resolved! Today the ceiling was removed however, it has been radio silence since speaking to a supervisor this morning and we are having to take matters into our own hands in dealing with what happens to us during this process until someone follows up. Being that we are brand new tenants - we expected so much more. Being that MOLD is also a topic of conversation, you would think we would get a follow up from supervisor and/or Owner. Our property manager is unable to tell us anything as it’s against company policy… no one has taken responsibility in overseeing these repairs and left it to us… I can go on. See images of the catastrophe for yourself. While repairs have begun, I’m amazed at the 0 amount of follow up or explanation to the tenants going through this.
