The Beau team was exceptional from start to finish. We wanted a very specific style; they not only met our needs but surpassed our expectations in every way. We hired a wedding photographer and videographer for our special day; both made us feel very comfortable while getting our pictures taken and were genuinely great people who truly cared about providing us with the best possible shots. Even during moments where we thought we'd look terrible, they somehow were able to capture a beautiful shot. The photo and video editing were also amazingly done. Arthur provided great communication throughout the entire process and the delivery time was great compared to many competitors. Max was our videographer for our September 2023 Ottawa wedding! We met with him about a week before the wedding and discussed the style, footage, and overall feeling we'd like for our wedding video. He really listened and you can see that in our video. I found that the most valuable part of their package was the 2 rounds of edits. I am so grateful we had that opportunity because the final product is perfect. Their software to provide comments was super easy to use. I think their pricing is extremely fair for the product you receive. We had a lovely experience and I'd recommend Beau Video to future couples!
