Absolutely amazing customer service so kind and patient. Jack at the Leeds store has been amazing helping us pick out our wedding bands and when my partner didn’t like the feel of it helped us exchange and choose a new one.
The staff were all very friendly when helping us pick out our wedding bands. (Corina helped us pick). The selection of rings was great and we found just what we’re after. The buying process was really easy and relaxing with complimentary drinks for us while we picked and a glass of bubbly to celebrate. The prices were a lot fairer than we thought also. Would definitely recommend.
Exceptional service and customer care from Rebecca at the store in 322 Trinity Leeds, Leeds, LS1. Purchased a tag watch a couple of days ago and I’m very happy with my purchase as it’s for a special occasion. She took time to go through every little detail about the watch and helped with everything I asked. She went above and beyond! Really recommend this store it was a quick and easy process.
