Asked for a zip on my jacket to be swapped as it had broken. I was told it would be £30 and take a week (wasn’t happy with the price but I needed it done so I agreed!). I came back a week later to find nothing had been done. If she didn’t have the time I wish she’d just told me, I would have gone elsewhere!

I dropped off a cashmere mix jumper for repair that I had put in a 'delicates' wash in washing machine but had still emerged with a hole in it where it must have caught in the machine. I was not overly optimistic that it could be mended without puckering where hole was and looking terrible but dropped it in anyway. I am SO impressed with the result, can't see where it was repaired at all, really fantastic job! Thanks for your care and skill, it was a brand new jumper, first time it had been washed, so delighted to have it restored! I'll hand wash from now on :-) 100% recommend this service, will use again.
