I walked into Ben Bridge with my wife and kids to look at a Tudor Pelagos FXD. Our 3rd child is due in April around the same time as our 11th Anniversary. So my wife wanted to see my taste in watches so I can treat myself to a new watch to commemorate these major life events in the near future. Luckily for us, we were greeted by Walter Hara. We walked into the beautiful location and he asked me which watch I was interested in viewing. He walked us over to the Tudor area and brought out the Pelagos on the steel Bracelet as well as the Pelagos FXD which was what I came for. After a very natural discussion about my taste in watches, I told him I’m into tool watches and NATO or Rubber straps. He then goes on to show me the Tudor Ranger (which was beautiful on the strap) and the Black Bay Pro alongside the Pelagos. He was so knowledgeable on every watch in the Tudor lineup I was surprised. I did inform him we were not purchasing the watch now but we would as the time got closer. He gave me a book with the Tudor catalogue and I had to ask for his business card. He has a very personable, no pressure style which makes you want to come back. I WILL be buying my watch from Ben Bridge JT. I will be working with Walter Hara when it comes to make the purchase. I even recommended him to all my friends on Schofield Barracks who are watch lovers. What they didn’t know was that I visited the Tag Heuer boutique to see the Glassbox Carrera prior to visiting Ben Bridge. It was such a stressful and high pressure experience that I wanted to leave but it took 10 minutes to break away from the salesperson. My experience at Ben Bridge brought me back to a joyful and happy place.
Walter Hara is an absolutely amazing and knowledgeable salesperson. He has patience and is passionate with diamonds. He looks for our best interest and shares with us the specifics and let us look through the scope with the diamond and serial number. Even more interesting we saw the lighting of my wife’s diamond. We came in to look at a cross and left with a 3+ carat solitaire diamond to upgrade my wife’s ring. The diamond is beautiful and we are blessed to have Walter as our Sales Specialist!! He is hands down the best!! Walter made it happen!! What a seamless experience.
We went to Ben Bridge Timeworks to look around for a watch and Mr. McLean was very quick to help me and my friend to look for a watch. Nancy made my watch-buying experience truly special. I came in looking for an IWC, but I wasn’t sure exactly which model would suit me best. She took the time to listen to what I liked, asked thoughtful questions, and guided me through the options with patience and genuine enthusiasm. It never felt like a sales pitch—more like a friend helping me find the perfect piece. She shared so much knowledge about the brand and the details that make each watch unique, which made me appreciate my choice even more. I walked out not only with a watch I love, but also with a memory of an exceptional experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back to see Nancy again in the future.
I was on Oahu with my family and decided to stop in to see what watches they had, and I’m so glad I did. I was greeted by Roarke McLean who showed me several amazing timepieces and listened as I shared what interested me. The Longines Master Complete Calendar Chronograph, part of the Master Collection. They had one in stock! After a brief discussion and taking my son to lunch to think about it, I pulled the trigger. The experience in store was wonderful, I felt valued as a customer and they truly are interested in learning about you as a watch collector.
