Chris is the epitome of a professional. He is incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, prompt, experienced, and personable. It has been wonderful that the company sends out the same technician for each plumbing issue we encounter since he is familiar with our situation. All around, this business has earned our trust and we would recommend them to anyone.
Our toilet had a stubborn clog and Joe was able to get it unclogged. He showed up on time, was professional and walked me through everything he was going to do. He also checked other potential issues to ensure we wouldn’t continue to have a problems in the future. I would highly recommend Joe as he was honest, easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure he fixed our issue.
I cannot say enough positive things about Chris Austin resolving our plumbing issue of low water pressure in our townhouse. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem part, explained what needed to be done, accomplished the task, and problem solved. It was like pressing the easy button, and I will definitely be calling again for any future plumbing issues. These guys are the best! I have used them for several different projects and today was an emergency, and they actually had someone who had finished up a job and could come right over! Talk about service! I could not ask for better service and a nicer technician. Chris was awesome, he picked out the problem and fixed it in no time. And, my dogs liked him. When you pass the dog test, you go a long way in my house. Thanks so much Chris! And, thanks Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. You guys rock!!
Great customer service and workmanship. Our service provider "Joe" was fantastic. We were called quickly by the technician and from there we scheduled time for the work. The work was done professionally and IMHO a very fair price for the amount of work and time spent. I highly recommend this Benjamin Franklin group and again, Joe was awesome. We are using them for future work also.
