I tried to make an appointment and gave my information as requested and no one reached out to me or my husband. They tried to say I have to call them but if that was the case why would you ask for my number in emails if you aren’t going to contact me??? Obviously I wanted service.. Doesn’t make sense. Not very smart of a company. Don’t recommend wasting your time. They are unreliable and unprofessional by the lack of concern for their clients.
Tech was nice and knowledgeable. I was misinformed by Steven/Stephen that the 30 day warranty began after the 2nd follow up, I was still seeing activity after two treatments and wanted one more before the 30 days ended, and now they’re telling me it started the initial visit and would not able to honor what was told to me. Sucks but won’t ever use them again.
I recently contracted Berrett Pest Control and it's been a great experience. Desmond (the technician) was very knowledgable and passionate about ensuring we had the best service possible. He was very thorough in his approach and even offered some suggestions on what I could do as a resident that would help. While still early on, the level of service and attention to detail was superb and I am looking forward to having them treat my home in the future. Thanks Berrett & thanks Desmond!
I’m not too sure who the representative was that I just got off the phone with, but she was the most helpful person that I’ve ever experienced at this company. It’s people like her that create loyalty and she should be appreciated. I hope this company does that for her. I’ve had not the greatest experiences with the technicians and the work that they do at my house, but she was able to schedule me all of my appointments and all of my follow ups to make sure that nothing gets missed. She really went above and beyond to help me and I’m really, really grateful.
Outstanding customer service, very friendly, very knowledgeable, very professional and I will definitely let my friends and family members know how Berrett Pest Control Service.
