AT ALL COST AVOID THIS COMPANY If I could leave a ZERO star I would! We had the worst accounting and tax advice. When we first met they openly negotiated pricing amongst each other on what they should charge us. We paid for them to reconcile our books, change our tax file and file business and personal taxes. We also paid $750 for Quickbooks training and when we did the training with Jeremy he fumbled around couldn't figure out how to use the platform and only found errors they had made during reconciling our book. after finding the errors during our training time, he spent the remainder of the training trying to correct the issue. Jeremy couldn't fix it so he added a not and forced the reconciliation. They office also told us they could handle a workers comp Audit. Renate ended up creating more issues causing a lapse in workers comp leading to being out of work till we personally corrected things. Renate also auto drafted her fee for doing so without permission. After having multiple CPA and tax advisors look at the "work" Berret did for us we were left with having to yet again have our books corrected and taxes correct due to this companies sloppy work. Berrett has yet to respond to any of our emails or return any phone calls.
