I have 2 kids having group string classes at Bertrand’ Music. They really enjoy going to class, they have learned things that the regular school music program have not introduced to them.Their skills significantly improved and they have a good connection with the music teacher. In addition, the class enrollment is very easy, the administration and reception is very kind, friendly and professional. We really enjoy our kids experience At Bertrand!
My experience making a purchase was excellent. I was planning a purchase for my granddaughter and she did not have a lot of time. McKenna ( Thank You ) made it fast and easy by laying out a selection of four trumpets based of our previous conversation. My granddaughter chose one of those, a Yamaha Xeno professional horn and is very happy with it. Says it’s easier to play than her previous student horn. Thank you Bertrand’s.

My daughter is learning to play the double bass at school but can't bring it home. I called many music rental stores but no one has them in stock because they are not the most requested instrument. I was referred to Bertrands and within a few weeks, they were able to locate one and have it available to rent on a month to month contract. My daughter can now learn at school and practice at home.
I bought a violin from Bertrand's Music through their website and the experience was nothing but lovely. Very friendly and accommodating communication from the owner. Plus my violin arrived in 2 days after ordering which pleasantly surprised me! It is so beautiful and the tone quality is wonderful. Would definitely recommend!
