Extremely rude staff. I came in to ask for help with a problem I had for a product I purchased. Every staff member I spoke with refused to help and acted angry like they hated their job, from the man stationed at the front door to the woman at checkout. The worst customer support experience I have ever dealt with. I left with no resolution to my issue.
Great customer service!! I was made aware the 2guys that helped us wasn't even scheduled to be there today. They both went over and beyond to help us,and at one point it was an item we had to inquire about with the Mgr and he as well was very pleasant and helpful,an item was placed on the wrong peg and because of that he gave us the price it was hanging on which was a lower price. They made sure our cases fit our phone, made sure there was no air bubbles in our screen saver, just overall A1 service.
I really enjoy going to best buy and looking around or shopping for something specific. They're friendly and normally do their best to help you find what youre looking for or if you have any questions. The only thing I have a complaint about is I've gone there less because I few working have been unprofessional when I went and where screaming excitinly like my 2 year old children would about a new toy or candy. I'd still recommend going there.
I recently visited this Best Buy location to utilize the trade-in service for an Apple I had received as a gift from a family friend. Upon arrival, I was assisted by two employees. One associate (shorter fella) took the device for evaluation and returned shortly thereafter, informing me that the watch could not be accepted because it was not authentic. After asking for clarification and reviewing the points he raised, I came to the same conclusion. I had never opened or closely inspected the device prior to that visit. I immediately apologized, gathered my belongings, and left the store. I contacted the family friend who had gifted the watch, explained the situation, and they promptly reimbursed me. Approximately thirty minutes later, I returned to the same Best Buy location with the intent to purchase a legitimate Apple Watch. At that time, I was initially denied the ability to complete the purchase. It was not until the store manager, Carl, escalated the matter to a higher-level manager that I was ultimately permitted to proceed with the transaction. I am a long-standing and loyal Best Buy customer and have spent a significant amount with the company over the years. While I understand that the initial interaction was likely driven by caution and due diligence, the manner in which the situation was handled during my return visit left me feeling uneasy and disappointed. I do not believe there was malicious intent involved; however, I believe the experience could have been managed with greater professionalism, clarity, and customer empathy. Overall, this interaction fell short of the level of service I have come to expect from Best Buy, and I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve future customer experiences.
Black Friday bait-and-switch on a KitchenAid dishwasher – AVOID BEST BUY APPLIANCES Ordered a KitchenAid KDTE304RPS dishwasher on Black Friday 2025 for $549.99 (regular price $949.99). They happily took my money, showed it as “in stock,” and promised pickup within days. A month later – after I’ve been hand-washing dishes the entire time – they cancel the order claiming the model was “discontinued by the manufacturer.” Then they try to upsell me the upgraded KDTS424SPS for $932 – almost double what I originally paid. After two hours on chat, six transfers, being called “Jose” repeatedly, and endless deflections, no manager would honor the original Black Friday price or even come close. They admitted they never had the item but still refuse to make it right. Classic bait-and-switch. I wasted an entire afternoon being bounced between clueless agents while Lowe’s has the exact same upgraded model in stock today for $899 with no drama. Best Buy’s “Holiday Price Match Guarantee” is apparently meaningless when they cancel your order first. Never again. Will be taking all future appliance business to Lowe’s or anywhere that actually honors their deals. Refund finally processed, but the aggravation and lost time are unforgivable. Zero stars – do not trust Best Buy with Black Friday or appliance orders. (Original order: BBY01-807106306297)
